This is a small operation, so this page is short and plainly written.
What is collected
When you fill in the form for a meetup, I collect the names you give me, your email address, your phone number and city if you add them, how many adults and children are coming, your children's first names and ages if you share them, and whatever notes, dietary needs, and questions you write. I also record which meetup you asked about and how you heard about it.
Why it is collected
So I can reply to you and plan the trip. Children's ages are used only for trip planning — picking activities, group sizes, and lodging that suit the kids who are actually coming. They are never used for advertising or profiling.
Who sees it
Only me, and the travel partners for your specific trip who need it to hold your booking — a lodge that needs a guest list, for example. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for marketing. What you submit is not readable by other visitors to this site.
Deleting your information
Email me and ask, and I'll delete your family's details. If you've already traveled with us, I may need to keep basic booking records for accounting, but the notes and children's ages go.
